WHAT IS COVERED:

Breakdown Benefit: We will pay or reimburse you for reasonable costs to repair or replace any breakdown of a part listed in Section 5 of this Limited Warranty as a covered component, less any deductible, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. Replacement parts may be new, remanufactured, or replacement parts of like kind and quality, as determined by us.

Towing Benefit: In the event your vehicle incurs a breakdown covered by this Limited Warranty and is disabled, We will pay or reimburse you for receipted towing expenses from a commercial towing service up to $100.00 per occurrence. Any payment shall be for actual towing charges in excess of any applicable reimbursement from the manufacturer or any other towing or road service coverage. No deductible will apply to this benefit.

COVERED COMPONENTS:

The components covered under this Limited Warranty are as follows:

Engine: All lubricated components and piston, cylinder heads, oil pump, crankshaft, equipment drive shaft, camshaft, balance shaft, and engine block (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

Manual Transmission: Transfer case components, all lubricated components, gears and shaft, and case (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

Axle Assembly: All lubricated components and axles and bearings, thrust washers, and drive axle housing (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

Automatic Transmission: Transfer case components, all lubricated components, torque converter, and case (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

What is Lifetime Limited Warranty?

Lifetime Limited Warranty is a promise your selling dealer makes to you when you purchase a qualifying vehicle. For as long as you own that vehicle, should cover components within your engine, transmission, or drive axle assemblies break or fail, your repair cost is just $100 for each covered repair.

Is this really for a Lifetime?

Yes, it is! The Lifetime Limited Warranty will cover repairs to covered components for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the exclusions and conditions in the Lifetime Limited Warranty.

What if I keep this vehicle for 25 years? Will it still be covered by the Lifetime Limited Warranty?

Yes, as long as you still own the vehicle and it has been cared for by the terms of the Lifetime Limited Warranty the Lifetime Limited Warranty will cover repairs to covered components, subject to exclusions and conditions.

Is it required that I maintain and service my vehicle? If so, how often?

Yes. It is required that you service your vehicle per the manufacturer’s recommendations within 30 days or 1000 miles, whichever is earlier, of the specific factory-recommended service. This means you will have a total of 60 days (30 before and 30 after) or 2000 miles (1000 before and 1000 after) in which to perform your maintenance. Is there a catch on where I have to maintain my vehicle?

No. You can have maintenance services performed at any repair facility nationwide; however, it is recommended that you use the dealership that sold you the vehicle; as they know your vehicle best. Retain your receipts to provide proof you completed the required services.

Do I have to do every single thing the Manufacturer recommends?

Your Lifetime Limited Warranty is covering the internal components of the engine, transmission, and some key components of your axle/drive train assemblies. Any and all maintenance that influences or impacts these vital machinery components MUST be performed within the time frame described above (+/- 30 days; +/- 1000 miles).

Can you cover more than the Engine, Transmission, and Drive Axles?

Yes, but not through Lifetime Limited Warranty. Your dealer can offer you additional protection options that best fit your needs.
