I expressed having a difficult time getting off work and being able to get my car in during their business hours, and Jeremy said, “Don’t worry we can come get it from your job, and bring it back to you free of charge.” They are professional, speedy, and make you feel like family. I have been going here for all my service for a few years now, and have never been disappointed.

The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment I pulled up. Chris took good care of me and helped me through the process. He has followed up several times to make sure I'm happy and to answer any questions that might have come up.
I came in with my girlfriend to look at a potential new vehicle after they looked at working on her previous Honda. It was more worth it to trade in and Braden helped us along the way. He made it fast, he was humorous, polite, and easy going. Much better experience than most of my prior ones in other dealerships. Highly recommend the dealership and Braden.

5th vehicle we have bought from Mathews. As always Sam Dees is an absolute professional and about as friendly as they come when it comes to a salesmen. Sales manager Mr. Rickey is very upfront with info and does not beat around the bush about things. Both go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you want for terms that are agreeable for you. Definitely will continue to buy our Hondas from Mathews Honda. 5 out of 5 stars!
This service team was fast, responsive, and professional. I drove an extra 30 min to them instead of “the other” Honda dealership nearby because I was able to talk to an actual person instead of an answering machine when I called. Jeremy was top notch.

I have bought all my cars from Honda of Paris but this last time was my favorite! From standing in the rain looking at cars, being patient with me living out of town, communicating mainly via text, and all my 1000 questions Jeremy Smith was such a blessing to work with the whole time.
