Our priority is to continue meeting the needs of our associates and guests so we can deliver on our promises, while abiding by the evolving governmental guidelines and recommendations intended to protect us all.We are currently open in Service, Parts and Sales with normal business hours.
Our team’s primary mission is to provide the highest level of personal service to our customers, and we are continuing to do so, while following recommendations for retail and service operations. In addition to regularly cleaning and sanitizing our facilities, we are also implementing additional steps to sanitize and disinfect public areas and contact surfaces on a much more frequent basis. Our additional cleaning includes attention to steering wheels, key fobs, door handles, and touch controls on our vehicle inventory, as well as on customer vehicles that are in our care and courtesy vehicles used as alternate transportation. If any team member is not feeling well, we are advising them to remain at home and to follow their doctor’s advice. Our team members are not being asked to travel to attend meetings or training, and we are not conducting or participating in meetings in large groups.
For our customers who are in need of automotive maintenance or repair service and prefer not to come in contact with our staff, all of our locations provide night drop-off capability in our dealership service lanes. If you prefer to visit, you'll be glad to know that the seating layout in our customer lounge now has 6ft. personal space layout while offering our favorite, Paris Coffee. We can also visit you at your home or office, drop off a loaner car, service your vehicle and deliver your vehicle back to you after we thoroughly sanitize and wipe it down.
